Personal data processing information

Dear customer, this document informs you which personal data we process, for what purposes, and whether we do so on the basis of your consent or another legal basis. You will also find detailed information about whom we may transfer personal data to and what rights you have regarding our processing of your personal data.
You become a customer for the purposes of this document at the moment you reserve or intend to reserve services offered through our online store at www.glampingprague.com (the “Online Store”) with us, the provider and data controller (the “Controller”).

2. Data processed by the Controller
We process only personal data you provide to us during pre-contract negotiations and the provision of our services, when completing the reservation form via the Online Store, or in the course of our written or electronic communication. We also process personal data obtained while providing our services.
This includes your identification and contact details (name, surname, title, residential or other contact address, telephone number, email address), as well as the data of third parties who will jointly use our services with you and whose data you provide to us.
We also process billing and transaction data (order, payment and tax-document information).
We process data obtained during your visit to our Online Store and through its forms — cookies and data entered into the reservation form or other forms available in the Online Store.
We also process data on your use of our services and purchases — records of purchases, complained items, your requests, and records of our email, written and telephone communication.
Providing personal data is entirely voluntary; however, without certain data we may not be able to provide our services or conclude the requested contract.
3. Purposes of processing
Customer identification, order fulfilment and record-keeping
Without proper identification we cannot provide our services or quality customer support. We therefore process your identification and contact details.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures; performance of the contract; compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations.
Customer support, exercise of rights and obligations
To respond quickly and effectively to your requests, we keep records of email and other communication. In handling complaints we record your identification and contact details, billing and transaction data, and data on the use of our services.

Service development and market research
We constantly benchmark our services against current market developments so as to offer products in line with the latest trends. To this end we process your identification and contact details, Online Store visit data and data on the use of our services and purchases.

Marketing
We process your identification and contact details and data on the use of our services for marketing purposes:
- (i) without your specific consent on the basis of our legitimate interest, for offering our services and an overview of our customer discounts and promotions;
- (ii) on the basis of your specific consent for offers of services, discounts, third-party services and goods (via email), and for advanced marketing activities such as analyses, combining with other data and tracking publicly available social-media data. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims; debt recovery
We may use your data in court or administrative proceedings concerning a legal relationship with you, whether at the request of a public authority or on our own initiative.

4. Method of processing
We process your personal data manually and automatically in electronic information systems, observing security and procedural measures. All staff who come into contact with your personal data are properly trained.
We process personal data for the duration of the legal basis for processing — i.e. for the duration of our contractual relationship plus the applicable limitation period (typically three years) extended by one year. Personal data processed for marketing purposes are processed until you withdraw your consent or object to processing.
We use cookies on our Online Store to improve and evaluate its operation and for some marketing activities. Cookies are small text files stored locally on your device. You can grant or refuse consent for individual cookie categories via the cookie bar shown on first visit, and you can change settings at any time.
5. Transfer of personal data
We use professional processors with whom we have concluded data-processing agreements and who provide guarantees of appropriate technical and organisational measures. These include:
- marketing agencies preparing offers of our services;
- IT service providers and software developers we use, in particular for maintenance and changes to our information and sales systems;
- payment service and gateway providers;
- legal and tax advisors when providing their services.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have the following rights:
Right of access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and access to the data, including information about purposes, categories, recipients, source and storage period.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete data completed.
Right to erasure
You have the right to have your personal data erased if they are no longer needed, you withdraw consent, you object to processing, the data have been processed unlawfully, or erasure is required by law.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing in cases set out by the GDPR (inaccurate data, unlawful processing, no longer needed by us but needed by you for legal claims, or pending an objection).
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit them to another controller.
Right to object
You have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests, and to processing for marketing purposes. For marketing we will stop processing upon receiving your objection; in other cases unless we have overriding legitimate grounds.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, in particular if you believe your personal data are being processed unlawfully. Send complaints to: Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.
